EXPO REAL is one of the most important real estate trade fairs in Europe and offers a comprehensive overview of developments and innovations in the real estate industry. LOC AG looks back on a successful trade fair appearance.
Maintain existing customer relationships, build new relationships: the Expo Real is also an important network fair for LOC: a place for initiating business. The exchange with numerous economic development agencies from Europe was at the center of the activities, as was networking with the Swiss real estate industry at the joint stand of Swiss Circle.
Discover the latest innovations
The exchange with numerous PropTech companies also took up a significant part of LOC AG's trade fair operations. The members of SwissPropTech continually drive innovations in area development as well as location marketing. New approaches to analyzing location data, planning and visualization tools or novel operating concepts for the use of building functions and interim uses are used in experience and made usable for LOC AG's future positioning work in area development (swarm intelligence).
Trends in location promotion
Various leading European location promotion and country organizations are presenting themselves at the Expo Real Munich. Thanks to targeted networking and exchange of experiences, new marketing techniques and forms of acquisition are also learned. LOC AG uses these approaches in positioning and marketing concepts for locations.
Many years of trade fair experience since 2005
Since 2005, Remo Daguati, owner of LOC AG, has used this trade fair location as inspiration for the latest developments and real estate management. He was there both as a project manager for the cross-border trade fair stand "Bodenseeland" (Baden-Württemberg, Vorarlberg, Bavaria, Principality of Liechtenstein, cantons of St. Gallen and Thurgau), and as an exhibitor with Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) as well as as an exhibitor with his own company LOC AG.
The EXPO REAL 2024 will take place from October 7th to 9th, 2024 instead.
