10 years of LOC AG

The current LOC AG was founded on May 26, 2015. Since then, it has successfully managed over 180 mandates with more than 80 clients in Germany and abroad.

The Zurich-based company specializes in services for location development, location promotion, and the development and promotion of future-oriented areas. Remo Daguati chairs the Swiss Location Network association and serves on specialist committees, such as the Swiss Federal Council's Council for Spatial Planning (ROR). The company now operates throughout the German-speaking region (DACH) and Asia.

LOC has many years of experience in international business promotion, local economic and business development, and innovation promotion. Leading business locations have developed their strategies with LOC AG or received support in deriving multi-year political programs. Remo Daguati has played a variety of roles in the largest relocations in Swiss economic history.

Area development

LOC has a proven approach for initiating site development. Thanks to its many years of experience in attracting or relocating regional and international companies, it incorporates not only planning considerations but also economic and return-oriented aspects into the dialogue. This motivates owners to develop visions and make advance investments. LOC AG develops positioning concepts, supports stakeholders in marketing, and also contributes its expertise to assessment committees for test planning and study commissions.

Lecturer, practical seminars, specialist speaker

Remo Daguati is also active in the education sector, holding teaching positions at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (CAS Location Management) and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (CAS Real Estate Development). Together with his practical seminars on location promotion and area development, Remo Daguati has already trained over 300 specialists. He regularly appears as a guest speaker at specialist events and panel discussions.

Strategic consulting

Through its presidency of the Russen Housing Foundation, LOC AG also manages mandates in the field of non-profit housing construction. From 2016 to 2024, LOC AG also managed the management of the HEV Canton of St.Gallen and the HEV City of St.Gallen, with a total of over 31,000 members.

From Zurich to the world

Founded in 2015 as a sole proprietorship in St. Gallen, LOC AG has been headquartered in Zurich since 2018. Today, LOC AG is located on Josefstrasse – directly in the creative hub of the Langstrasse district. From this location, the company advises on the Munich – Chur – Valais – Lausanne – Basel – Stuttgart – Lake Constance connections in the DACH region, as well as on selected locations in Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Arab world.
