Positioning concept for industrial and commercial areas (16 pages, electronic); Update from March 6, 2018. When positioning an area with a special central location function, three levels must be taken into account, which influence future positioning and must be coordinated in the further course of the area development:

  • Product development: analysis, vision, concept and mix of uses of the project
  • Marketing: marketing concept, contact points, use of promotion networks
  • Public relations: Involvement of those directly affected, stakeholders and residents

The concept describes the most important fundamentals for these three levels.
